Both Barclay and I have the complete set of Pet Blinkers. When Ruffly brought these home it was a "good news" "bad news" type of day. The good news part is we know Ruffly really cares about our safety and is concerned about the two of us getting lost. He made us realize how important it is for him to be able to see where we are in the dark. The bad news part is we can't play a fair game of hide and seek with him anymore because he can see us and find us in the dark now. It's tough being a playful pet with this type of security device!

Attaching the Pet Blinker to our collar, lead, or harness is very easy for Ruffly. The LEDs flashes come in a variety of colors and can be seen from a half-mile away. Some nights it just isn't fair to be a dog. We can't get away with a thing anymore!

The Pet Blinkers are sold in individual packages. One blinker flashes red, white, and blue; one blinker flashes just blue and white; and the other blinker flashes red and white. Ruffly has a limited quantity of "all the same blinking color" packages available too.

Each Pet Blinker has on-off buttons and are contained within color-coded housings. They are water resistant (so we can still splash through all the puddles) and are visible up to a half-mile. Each Pet Blinker package contains one flashing blinker and a light stainless steel clip, and comes with three AG3 batteries installed.

We Know What Sex We Are

All you have to do is look at Barclay and you know immediately that he is a typical male dog. And it should be pretty obvious from the way I like to smile and flirt that I am a typical lovable and loving female dog.

But still, some humans that aren't "dog people" might miss the cues we send them. Luckily Ruffly has solved the "is it (think of that, calling me an "it") a male or a female" question with some absolutely divine color-coded jeweled charms that we wear on our collars. I'm waiting for the day when Barclay decides to switch the charms, just for fun. Dogs know the gender difference, it's just the humans that seem to have a problem telling us apart.

Well, you know how it is. Sometimes you just have to go. And we're no different than any other dog, but let's face it, we are dogs, afterall. When we go out for our poop break Ruffly grabs a Poop Purse Dispenser - he is able to quickly fasten it to our leash with a velcro strap so we are good to go. Regardless of where we are or what we are doing we need a lot of water to keep us healthy and to keep our systems functioning properly. Besides, who doesn't like water?

The wonderful Water Rover makes it easy for Ruffly to take water with us wherever we go. It's durable and has a lightweight water bowl attached to a bottle. It's pretty convenient for Ruffly too, it clips to his belt, it's leak-free even when it is held upside down, he never wastes a single drop because the water tips back into the bottle, and most important, it is hassle-free and easy to fill with water and ice because of its wide-mouth bottle opening.

It's so easy to use that if Barclay was so inclined he could do it himself, but he prefers to have Ruffly take care of us. When we get thirsty and start to pant really heavily, Ruffly simply unplugs the bottle, lays the Water Rover flat on the ground, and the water automatically flows into the round bowl. This easy process really fascinates Barclay - he likes to watch the water fill in the bowl. He can't figure out why the water level never goes down when he is lapping up the water. We never have to worry about what to wear because Ruffly always has the latest dog fashions on hand for us.

I find that I look better in some of the pastel dog shirts, whereas Barclay, the wilder dog of the two of us, looks better in the black dog shirts and some of the wilder and hotter colors.

Personally, I like to see Barclay in the tie-dyed "hoodies" that Ruffly brought home for us - because I can usually get the hood over Barclay's head and it changes his entire appearance and demeaner!

Mornings are Fun
When Ruffly is fixing our breakfast we head to the closet and decide what shirt will express our mood that day. Ruffly thinks we just show up dragging a fashionable shirt behind us because it was all we could carry, but he couldn't be more wrong.

Some days I want to express my more affectionate side so it's easy for me to enhance my cute and adorable personality with a "Love Me" message shirt, or sometimes I choose a "Favorite Grandchild" shirt. (I always try to get to this one before Barclay even thinks about it!)

If Barclay's trying to express his "hey look at me, I'm a Macho Dog" like Marlon Brando - he will grab one of those muscle t-shirts with all the gold chains and bling - the girls love it and he never fails to attract attention.

We Are Environmentally Friendly

We notice that wherever we go the world seems to be a friendlier place. We run, we chase, and we help clean up all those loose branches falling from trees which make it difficult to mow the lawn. For the longest time Barclay thought his name was "Fetch" until I explained to him it was Ruffly's way of teaching us how to pick up sticks.
